Westbrooke Shopping Center
7405 Quivira Rd, Shawnee, KS
A fully renovated ~111,000 sq ft shopping center in Shawnee, Kansas. Kingdom Remodeling & Sheetmetal contributed to the complete building transformation including the brand-new façade, roof, and metal work throughout. The center features a new grocery tenant opening July 2026, alongside existing hair and nail salons — a showcase of what union-quality craftsmanship delivers at scale.
PhotoGuadalupe Centers Early Childhood Education Center
3800 E 51st St, Kansas City, MO
Purchased by the MARC (Mid-America Regional Council), this project involved soffit installation across the entire building exterior. The completed facility now serves as the Guadalupe Centers Early Childhood Education Center — a community landmark we're honored to have contributed to.
